Thanks to a very forcefully served Ishgardian writ, we are required to announce that the meat in this gratin actually is dhalmel, and not a reference to an impolite term for elezen. Lean cuts of (real) dhalmel baked in layers of popotoes and cheese.
Liver-cheese Sandwich - 750 gil
Unlike our sister company New Saronia, we don't grill it using Allagan technology, but it's still a delicious pick-me-up! Fresh liver-cheese (yes, it's a thing) on a kaiser roll, loved by young and old alike.
